We're ready to salute the sun and the start of a new lunar year. For the two weeks leading up to the Lunar New Year (aka Chinese New Year), we are hosting an AM practice challenge at Tribal. There are no prizes in the traditional sense- but an opportunity tot commit to you. The good you get from two weeks of dedicated practice is priceless. 

I'm over the (new) moon to get to lead this practice on Tribal's gorgeous rooftop. Overlooking the lush canopy of trees, we rise with the sun to start our day. This practice will run Monday - Friday (weekends off) from 715-815am. It would be an honor and a priviledge to begin the new year with you. Meet me on the mat!
