We are THRILLED to be offering our brand new specialist training: Yoga for Back Pain. This is unlike any training available. Covid has presented many challenged, but also many opportunities. This training is a HYBRID program meaning it will be half in person, half online. Even beyond lockdown, online instruction makes yoga accessible to many who may not normally have access because of geography, mobility, language, etc. Much more that one-way online tutorials, you will learn how to interact in real time with students. You will learn how to specifically guide students, using self-adjustments and props. This is an invaluable skill that will serve you far in the future.
Back pain is a much too common ailment. “You are only as young as your spine!” There is a lot of truth to this. Back pain is NOT synonymous with aging. You need not suffer as you gain more years! It is not magic- it is smart, specific movements to wake up and rebuilt the parts that have checked out and put that stress on other parts of the body.
