'm heading out on tour... but kicking everything off with an encore of my favorite workshops! This 5hr day-long intensive that has something for everyone! Students may attend any of the modules singularly or join me for the full day!

Module I 1pm-4pm | Therapeutic Backbending (all levels) + Therapeutic Flying
***(This workshop is highly recommended for those managing low back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain. Please notify Mindy of physical conditions/limitations.)***
***(These modules involve partner work. No need to bring your own partner, but please be comfortable touching and being touched.)**
This workshop is near and dear to my heart. It was yoga that broke me and yoga that put me back together. Our lives close us off- physically, mentally, emotionally. These two hours aren't magic- but I guarantee they are the beginning of a transformation. There will be a lot of practical tips for breaking the cycle of chronic pain and suffering. Whether it's your first step on your mat or it's like a second home, please join me to start inviting in and cultivating a little "good space (sukham)."
Following we will balance all of that backbending work with an hour of therapeutic flying. Floating. Flying. Feeling weightless. Being held. These speak to the experience of therapeutic flying- basically, a thai massage in the air. We will keep it simple, introducing basic techniques that can be practiced safely by beginners. Come experience that power of support and surrender in a safe and comfortable environment.
Module II 4-6pm | Inversions
*** (intermediate- highly recommended to attend the Backbending workshop as it provides a thorough preparation for the Inversion workshop.)***
From slow and steady to powerful and dynamic! Inversions bring out our inner superheroes. Here we will learn how to approach inversions of all levels in a safe and accessible way that will get you away from the wall and without jumping!
