Ashtanga 10 Day Challenge (+Sweepstakes!)

We are all experiencing the quarantine in different ways. For my fellow practitioners, I know the struggle of being away from the studio. This is a challenge both mental and financial. In all of my brainstorming, I wanted a fun way to offset the financial burden and contribute both directly and indirectly to those who need the support. This is what I’ve come up with-

Here’s the deal: I want to swing into spring with a renewed enthusiasm for practice. To help get you inspired- I want to add some stakes to this edition of my 10 day challenge!

1: Participation in the 10-day challenge is $45. If you successfully complete the challenge and attend all 10 classes, you get your participation fee back!

2: Those that complete the challenge will be put into a drawing: one lucky student will get $100 cash prize. Treat yo’ self.

3. The winning student will get to choose a charity that will also receive $100 from Kaizen (Mindy.)

The Rules:

  1. Must register in advance. Last day to register is Sunday, May 17 at 6pm CST.

  2. You must be on time for class (early). I will lock the zoom room at 7:29 so we can start promptly at 7:30am. This enables me to give full attention to teaching and not managing the room.

  3. I am unable to make exceptions for technical difficulties. Thank you for your understanding in this. I recommend signing in 5-10 minutes early to make sure there are no technical difficulties.

  4. You must practice with your video on. This allows me to cue more appropriately and make sure all students practicing with me are doing so in a safe and healthy manner.
