I love this 10 day challenge because it is the longest shortest time. Just take it one day at a time but the cumulative benefit of two weeks of dedicated practice is tangible- in both your booty and your buddhi.
Details | We will meet Monday through Friday for 2 weeks at 845-10pm. (No weekends.) 100,000w for the full 10 day session. The practice will be adjusted to suit all needs of students. If you have a serious injury or specific question about factors that may limit your participation, please feel free to discuss it with me directly.
How to Participate |
Space is limited due to social distancing. This restricts our ability to accept drop-ins. Therefore, students must register in advance.
