*This month, Silks on Saturday is April 5+19. (1st/3rd Saturday)


Class Descriptions (listed alphabetically)

  • Aerial Silks (Level 0)

    • Level: Beginner

    • Duration: 60 minutes

    • Description: This introductory class is perfect for those brand new to Aerial Silks. No prior experience is required! You'll learn the fundamental techniques needed to safely and confidently navigate the silks. The focus will be on building upper body and core strength, improving grip, and developing coordination while mastering basic climbs, wraps, and poses. Our supportive, step-by-step approach ensures that everyone can participate, regardless of fitness level. This class is a great way to challenge yourself while having fun in the air!

  • Ashtanga

    • Level: 1-2 (Adaptable)

    • Duration: 75 minutes

    • Description: Ashtanga Yoga is the most widely practiced style of yoga worldwide. Ashtanga has a fixed series of postures that serves as a common denominator for all practitioners. However, this class is unique in its approach—we encourage the use of props and adaptations to meet you where you are, no matter your experience level or physical needs. This extension of Mindy’s expertise as a Yoga for Pain Specialist and teacher trainer ensures that you practice safely, with modifications tailored to what your body needs on any given day.

  • Candlelight Yin

    • Level: All

    • Duration: 60 minutes

    • Description: Candlelight Yin is a quiet, floor-based practice focused on deep stretching, stillness, and release. With the soft glow of candlelight, this class offers a restful space to slow down, calm the nervous system, and support mobility through long-held passive postures.

    Ideal for winding down at the end of the week or balancing a more active lifestyle.

  • Flexibility Class (Level 1-2)

    • Level: Beginner to Intermediate

    • Duration: 60 minutes

    • Description: This class is designed to enhance mobility, improve body awareness, and support cross-training for athletes. Whether you're a dancer, aerialist, acroyoga practitioner, or just looking to increase flexibility, this class will help you achieve your goals. We focus on dynamic and static stretches, joint mobility drills, and flexibility progressions that target key muscle groups. It's the perfect complement to other Kaizen classes like silks, dance, and acro.

  • Heels Choreo

    Level: Beginner

    • Duration: 60 minutes

    • Description: Each week, you'll learn choreo that blends sultry burlesque-inspired movement with powerful presence—all in a welcoming, judgment-free space.

    Join Goddess Mode | Heels Choreo

  • High Noon Heat Yoga (Level 1-2)

    • Description: High Noon Heat is a twice-monthly power vinyasa class designed to build strength, increase mobility, and boost energy through dynamic, breath-led movement. This midday session offers a chance to reset, release tension, and leave feeling focused and recharged.

    Join High Noon Heat

    • Level: All Levels (Beginner-friendly)

    • Description: Liquid Lab is a fusion class that blends yoga with Latin dance techniques, specifically focusing on Brazilian Zouk. This class starts with yoga to improve spinal movement, helping you create more fluid and pain-free body rolls and head movements. From there, we move into zouk drills that strengthen your dance foundation.

    • Benefits: Increase mobility, improve dance precision, reduce neck and back pain, and develop a deeper connection with your body and dance partner.

  • Mosaic Flow is a hybrid class: personalized yoga therapy class designed to relieve chronic pain and improve mobility done in a group setting. This offers the best of both worlds- a customized plan to address your specific therapy needs done is a class setting to offer group energy and a more affordable option.

  • Sweat & Sound

    • Level: All Levels

    • Duration: 60 minutes

    • Description: Sweat & Sound is a high-energy, music-driven class that blends yoga postures in movement with weight training, completed with deep relaxation. You'll start with rhythmic exercises, set to upbeat music, designed to build strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. After working up a sweat, the class transitions into a soothing sound bath, where you’ll unwind with calming sound frequencies from instruments like singing bowls to help release tension and promote mental clarity. This unique fusion of intensity and relaxation makes it a perfect class for anyone looking to challenge their body and reset their mind.

  • Yoga for Beginners

    • Duration: 60 minutes

    • Description: This class is designed for those new to yoga or those looking to revisit the fundamentals. We’ll guide you through foundational poses, breathwork, and relaxation techniques, helping you build confidence and develop a safe, sustainable practice. Expect a slow, supportive environment where questions are encouraged, and modifications are offered to suit all body types and levels of flexibility.

How to join the Collective!

  1. Cruise through the descriptions below and find the class(es) you’ve been searching for! There’s a goldilock fit waiting for you with the great variety of teachers, types and vibes on offer!

  2. Decide how often you plan to attend class.
    (Discounted tuition for multiple classes/month. You may mix + match classes on class passes! Passes automatically expire 5 weeks after purchase.)

  3. Make the investment! Payment available via:

  4. Book your classes! All rsvps, changes and cancellations must be made a minimum of 6hrs before class start. (The system will lock after that point, no changes can be made and no-shows will be charged the full cost of class.)
