2/5 | Neck/Shoulder Pain Relief - February 24th
Neck rolls just not cutting it? Your neck is the most mobile part of your spine- next to your shoulder which is like a basketball sitting on a plunger. No wonder this is a huge source of aches and pains for so many of us! Additionally, our modern lifestyle is hell on our spines and a huge hit is taken in our necks (tech neck ain't cute!)
"Goodbye Tech Neck, Hello Freedom!"
Are you done hoping no one’s in your left blind spot on those 'I-can't-look-left' mornings?
Do you feel like your neck and shoulders are destroying your productivity?

Don’t let “master class” scare you away! These classes are focused on healing chronic pain with each week focusing on a different area. How are master classes different from group classes? Master Classes 70/30 (practice/lecture) : Group Class (100% practice). Additionally, master classes have group work break out sessions to better understand the details of technique. This is helpful for self-practice and, for teachers, understanding how to apply these techniques in your own classes.
