Ashtanga 10 Day Challenge Online
10 day program: M-F June 6-18; 9-1015pm

“The longest shortest time.” This 10 Day Challenge is a great place to start or to go back and polish up the basics. We will follow one set sequence so you get a chance to get acquainted with a set of postures rather than feeling like you’re spending the whole class trying to keep up with the choreography of the teacher.
