Hips don't lie. To lie would require being quiet, subtle, easily ignored. Anyone with hip pain knows hips don't lie- they scream, they pop, burn, they lock, they throw a full tantrum in the middle of a grocery store with no apparent rhyme or reason. So- let's work on that!

  • What: Part 4/5 of our Master Class Series, dedicated to unlocking hip freedom and vitality.

In this session, the yoga butt is in full view- I’m pulling out all my yoga tricks to show you how to create a comfortable space. As someone new to the world of dance, this has been my biggest challenge. Most sports move asymetrically- all that single-sided non-sense needs to get sorted! Look forward to:

  • Insights into hip anatomy that will piggy-back on the knee anatomy of the previous class.

  • Several tests to dig into the trial and error process of finding exactly what your specific situation needs.

  • Practical tips to elevate your asana practice and use your hips in health, not harm.

Don’t let “master class” scare you away! These classes are focused on healing chronic pain with each week focusing on a different area. How are master classes different from group classes? Master Classes 70/30 (practice/lecture) : Group Class (100% practice). Additionally, master classes have group work break out sessions to better understand the details of technique. This is helpful for self-practice and, for teachers, understanding how to apply these techniques in your own classes.
